INSTRUCTIONS






PROJECT DATA COLLECTION

We decided to do online survey as our primary research, and netnography as our secondary research.

For our meeting discussion, me, Maisarah and Arthalia discussed and worked on the questions for our survey, and also making decision for whether we should do netnography or interview / focus group for our second method. After that, we continued to edit and refine our questions and answers, which Imran joined us to complete the questions and get Ms Anis's approval. Finally, we distributed the survey online, and eventually received 70 responses. After that, we closed the survey and started to work on survey observation and analysis. To complete our slides, all of us chose 2 topics to work on. For me, I chose to work on project idea preference from survey observation and also idea evolution.

I sketched a rough visual look with flat colours for Medusa, my chosen creature :

Following my groupmates' suggestion, I made mockups of the cards as well, with just simple designs (THESE ARE NOT FINAL DESIGNS) :
We will decide and finalise our artstyle later on at our project making phase.

I reached the office at 9am, and was briefed about the company's general knowledge and details by the HR, Swen. After that, Swen introduced me to my supervisor, Grace and we had an online meeting about my first task on Lark app. First day was very overwhelming as there is alot of information for me to digest. I need to get used to 2 new apps, Lark and Asana for smooth workflow.
