Reflection : 

Finally dissertation is completed and Im grateful that I was able to finish all the tasks on time. Its really a hectic journey, especially when this is the first specialisation semester and I had to jumble between a few heavy modules. Yes I did have a good start into this module because of my previous DRM research that was much detailed, but I still struggle through every week with the writing as this semester is more focused on all writing. Writing is never my strength, especially English but I think I have done a great job persevering through this module and trying my best to keep up with the schedule. Very grateful to Dr Hayati for giving sincere feedbacks and detailed suggestion every consultation which helped me improve.

I reached the office at 9am, and was briefed about the company's general knowledge and details by the HR, Swen. After that, Swen introduced me to my supervisor, Grace and we had an online meeting about my first task on Lark app. First day was very overwhelming as there is alot of information for me to digest. I need to get used to 2 new apps, Lark and Asana for smooth workflow. Lark is a software that gathers all employers and employees together in one platform for communication purpose, it is also used to take attendance (Clock-in and Clock-out), and also has functions such as sick leave application.
